✦ Workflow
1 ✦ Fill the form!
Fill out the commission form with your details and references!
2 ✦ Confirmation and Payment
I'll check your proposal (VGen)/request and let you know if the slot is available, and then send you the invoice.Once the payment is received, I'll secure the slot and start the sketch!
3 ✦ Sketch
I'll send you the sketch to review. If you requested it, I can also provide a few alternative concept sketches!This is the best stage to request major revision
4 ✦ Progress
I'll keep you updated as I go (lineart with base color and rendering)
minor to moderate revisions still possible here!I'll update you every 3-7 days if you're on normal turnaround time
5 ✦ Final Delivery
Once everything’s done, I’ll send you the finished artwork in high resolution~
✦ General
✦ Ownership and Usage
You own your original characters (OCs), but please do not claim my artwork as your own.
Finished artwork is for personal use by default.
You may share the artwork on social media, just please credit me when posting.
I may decline a commission if I feel I’m unable or not the best fit for the request.
I may showcase finished artwork in my portfolio or on my website as examples of my work.

🚫 My artwork cannot be used to train or feed AI
🚫 My artwork may not be minted or sold as NFTs
🚫 Please do not modify or redistribute the artwork without permission
✦ Payment Methods
For orders placed outside of VGen:
⬩ International clients Payment via PayPal (ordering via VGen is still recommended for convenience and buyer and artist protection)
⬩ Indonesian clients Payment via Bank BCA or QRIS⬩ All payments must be made upfront before I start working on your commission
✦ Revisions
Major revisions: allowed during sketching stage, max 3 times.
Additional major revisions beyond this limit will require extra fees.
Minor revisions are unlimited.
✦ Communication
Orders via VGen: All discussion will be done through VGen chat or preferred platforms (Discord, Email, or Twitter)
Orders outside VGen: Communication can be done via Discord, Instagram, Email, or Twitter
✦ Refunds & Cancellations
No refunds or chargebacks are allowed after the final artwork is delivered.
If a commission is canceled before work begins, a refund may be possible depending on the situation.
✦ Copyright & Licensing
✦ Personal Use
For personal use only, like wallpapers or your own collection.
Social media profile picture or banner
Social media uploads for non-commercial purposes (Credit is greatly appreciated when sharing online)
Gifts!
✦ Monetized Content (+100% price)
For income generating digital use (YouTube, TikTok, Patreon, Twitch, etc.).
Credit is greatly appreciated when sharing online~
✦ Commercial Merchandising (+200% price)
Includes all Monetized Content rights
Lifetime license to sell it as merchandise. Examples: prints, shirts, stickers, book cover, keychains, etc.
Applies only to agreed products. License is non-exclusive and non-transferable
✦ Turnaround Time
My default TAT is around 15–35 days, can be longer or shorter depending on the queue (but if there’s no queue, I might be able to finish it faster), complexity, type, and quantity of your commission. If you need it sooner, you can go for a Rush Order or Priority Order.
✦ Rush Order (2-3 days)
A rush order means you need the commission completed within 2-3 days, and it requires an additional fee. (+100% of the price)
✦ Priority Order (5-7 days)
If your deadline is longer than Rush Order but shorter than the default turnaround time, it counts as a Priority Order, your order will be prioritized, and you won't need to wait in the regular commission queue. (+20% of the price)
